(PRWEB) January 11, 2009 -- ClickSpark, LLC (Privately Held) announced today that it has agreed to acquire UnitedTel, LLC, an e-Commerce solutions company located in Rochester NY, for an undisclosed amount of cash and stock in ClickSpark. Following the acquisition, UnitedTel will operate independently to preserve its flourishing brands.

The acquisition combines a fast growing e-Commerce solutions company with a focus on Local Exchange Carrier (LEC) billing with ClickSpark's expertise in Direct Response Marketing and Credit Card Billing e-Commerce Solutions. The combined companies will focus on providing a better user experience for their current customers as they strive to constantly improve upon their products.
